THE SPACE

We were inspired by the experiences and the atmosphere of German beer gardens, that bring people from all walks of life together through great beer. Having lived in Germany and spending quite a bit of time at these establishments inspired us to create a brewery with that same relaxed, airy, comfortable and inclusive beer garden atmosphere.

THE BEER

We keep our focuse on making beer that we’d really like to enjoy ourselves, and that usually ranges from juicy, dank New England IPAs to dry-hopped sours and funky Brett farmhouse ales. Our barrel program has grown considerably over the last 2 years, with a new limited barrel release happening every month so make sure to keep an eye out for those!

THE BANDITS

Stephane and Shehzad met at a local Toronto craft brewery in 2012. Stephane, who had been homebrewing for over 10 years back in France, introduced Shehzad to the beer making process. After spending all their free time making beer in Stephane’s backyard (while drinking the previous batch) and checking out Canadian and American craft breweries, they decided to quit their jobs to start the adventure of opening up a craft brewery.
