Do you take reservations?
We take reservations for parties of 2-24 people from Monday to Sunday each week, with limited availability on the weekend. Book here. For parties larger than 24: please email venuerental@banditbrewery.ca

Do you allow large groups?
We have reservations available for parties of 2-24 people. For larger parties, partial venue rental options are available. Please email venuerental@banditbrewery.ca for more information.

Do you have other things than beer on the menu?
Alongside our kickass brews, we offer a selection of local craft ciders, wine and a non-alcoholic beverage list.

Are you open long weekends?
We are open most long weekends throughout the year and we open at 12pm on holiday Mondays to accommodate guests.

Do you host weddings?
Absolutely! For information about our wedding rentals, please email venuerental@banditbrewery.ca

Do you allow kids?
We love little ones and are definitely kid friendly but please note: we are not equipped with high chairs.

Is the patio covered?
Our patio roof retracts at the click of a button, so we can cover you from the elements or open it fully during fine weather.

Is the patio heated?
Our patio has a heated floor and is kept nice a toasty during the colder months!

Are the trees real?
This is the number one question we get and we can happily say: they are 100% real!

Do you do you do brewery tours?
We host the occasional brewery tour. Please email info@banditbrewery.ca for the next available date.

Do you have gluten free and vegetarian options?
We try to accommodate all dietary restrictions and have a variety of gluten free and vegetarian options available. Please note: for those with celiac disease, please speak to your server about options.

LOCAL DELIVERY FAQ

How do I qualify for Free Local Delivery?
We do free Local Deliveries for Orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge a $5 flat rate delivery fee. We do same day Local Delivery for zip codes M2 - M8, 7 days a week. In order to get same day delivery, you must place your order before 11am. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the next day.

Do I need any ID?
The person receiving the package must show a 19+ ID to receive the delivery. The person receiving the order can be different from the Shipping Name.

How do I get same day Delivery?
Orders placed before 11am will get same day Delivery. If you place your order after 11am, your order will be delivered the next day.

Can I have my order delivered on a different date?
Yes, please add a note to your order- however, we have limited cold storage and therefore offer 3 days maximum free cold storage. Delivery requests beyond that date will be cancelled and fully refunded.

What time should I be home to receive the delivery?
On the day of delivery, you will receive a text notification giving you a 1 hour window of when to expect your delivery. Please be home to receive the shipment during this time. If there are updates to the delivery window due to our driver leaving earlier or later - you will also get another notification with an updated time window. We send a text notification when our driver is 15 mins away, and our driver will call you when they are 5 mins away from your location to confirm that you are available to receive the package.
Our drivers will try to contact you multiple times to ensure that we can deliver your package, but if we don’t receive a response, we will skip the delivery and you will have to pick up your order from our Bottle Shop located at 2125 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON, M6R 1X1. After a product has left our facility for delivery it can’t be refunded.

What are your physical distancing measures for delivery?
To make sure we are practicing proper physical distancing measures, we will go through the following steps when we deliver your order:
1. When receiving your order, please stay indoors (inside your house / condo lobby) and show our driver your ID through a window/lobby window.
2. Once the driver has verified your ID, your package will be dropped off outside your house/lobby.
3. Please wait till the driver has made their way back to their car before retrieving your package.

What happens if I’m not home or I miss the delivery?
If no one is available to pick up the shipment, the package will be brought back to our store at 2125 Dundas St W, Toronto, M6R 1X1. You can pick it up from our bottle shop open daily 11am - 11pm. Orders cannot be refunded once once they have leaved our facility for delivery.

PICK-UP AT THE BREWERY FAQ

How do I qualify for pick-up at the brewery?
All orders qualify for free pick-up at the brewery. The bottleshop is open every day from 11am to 11pm.

Do I need any ID?
The person picking up the order must show a 19+ ID.

When will my order be ready for pick-up?
It can be picked up 30min after your order.

Can I pick-up at a later date?
Yes, please ad a note to your order. However we have limited cold storage and will keep the order for 3 days maximum. After that date, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

SHIPPING FAQ

Where do you ship to?
Beer is delivered by CANPAR and can only be shipped to a physical address (no POBOX) within Ontario. Upon delivery, you will need a valid photo ID that MUST match the name on the shipping address. The ID must show that the recipient is over 19 years of age.

How do I track my order?
Please visit CANPAR and enter the tracking number provided in your fulfillment email to get tracking updates.

How much does shipping cost?
We do free Ontario shipping for orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge a $10 flat rate shipping fee.

How often do you ship out?
We ship 4 days a week Mondays - Thursday. Most shipments arrive within 2 business days. If you live north of Orillia, your order will take an additional business day to arrive. Orders placed on Thursday will be shipped out on Monday.

What happens if my product is damaged on arrival?
Get in touch with us immediately at info@banditbrewery.ca with your order # and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
