We’ve cracked open another barrel to deliver a new batch of our Longwave series of single barrel aged beers. Longwave 34.2 is a mixed fermentation sour golden ale aged in a Cabernet Sauvignon barrel for 20 months and fermented with Bruxellensis and Pediococcus cultures. The result is a delicious and refreshing sour beer with notes of lemon, lichee, grapes and subtle oak.
